Shipping & Returns Policy

Print Fulfillment
All prints are produced and shipped by Printful, a professional print-on-demand fulfillment service. When you place an order, your custom design is printed on high-quality 10" x 10" Lustre Photo Paper and shipped directly to your address.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- United States: 4-7 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 7-14 business days after fulfillment
- International: 10-21 business days after fulfillment
Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and displayed before you complete your purchase. We strive to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, please note:
- You may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country
- These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total
- Customs processing may add additional time to delivery
- We cannot provide refunds for customs-related delays or fees
Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is custom-made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Products
If your print arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will:
- Request photos of the damage or defect
- Process a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 7 days if the package cannot be located
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible – we may be able to update the address before fulfillment.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our prints. All products are produced using professional-grade equipment and premium materials. If you're not satisfied with the print quality due to a production issue, please contact us within 30 days with photos, and we'll make it right.
